Pros
okay starting point for introduction to the industry will hire you if project work needs to be covered starting to drive small changes in wok culture - very slow though good limited experience
Cons
two standards - up front office an then back dock big disconnect from mngmt. level of communication to technicians to what they think takes place very limited room for advancement, if opening comes available its not posted for everyone to see - then the spot becomes filled somehow from outside interest its a get in and get 2yrs and go place
