      Pros

      Good people and a pretty good corporate culture.

      Cons

      There was a serious lack of job training. I had virtually no contact with or feedback from my supervisor. While there was initially a strong culture of helping employees pursue career goals in terms of movement within the company, this has suffered severely as a result of the Oil & Gas downturn. This may not be a fault of this company so much as a condition common to companies in this sector.

      - Flexible work hours if you work on projects. Just be a professional and take care of your responsibilities. - They promote from within and are willing to work with employees to stretch themselves to gain experience in other fields. - Company culture and management lean more towards the fair, respectful, and professional side. People are people so there are always exceptions. - Typically good communication from senior management regarding the current status and future prospects for the Company.

      Cons

      - Salaries are middle of the road but Technip likes to keep utilization high so you are likely to remain employed for a longer period especially if you are willing to remain flexible. - Oil and gas industry stinks right now and competition is fierce for the few job openings available.
