Business Outlook
Pros
Friendly people, job security, nice location, everyone is at the same campus of three buildings. Can give as much work as you can take on. Salaries are fair, maybe not "competitive". The company puts a lot of effort into its safety and quality programs, however they are not taken seriously by the regular employee.
Cons
Indecisive management. They promote growth and development like all companies, but make it very difficult to actually get it to happen. You get the feeling they want you to stay quietly where you are.
