Pros
At Technip there is a huge backlog for future growth and expansion. This is a really good company to invest in.
Cons
Often times there are co-workers who seem to be playing politics in the office. Many of the young engineers seem to have limited knowledge of the process and importance of good documentation and database management for a project to be considered successful.
