      Cons applicable only for Hyderabad, no vision/career growth plan for employees. Poor associate delight towards employee. Appraisals are on impression basis rather than rating.

      -Balanced work culture. -Proper training for projects, day to day work, HSE, quality and business development -8 and half hours of work including 30 minutes lunch -Flexi timings and 2 short leaves per month -37 leaves (7 sick+ 6 casual +24 earned leaves)+ 10 holidays + Saturday & Sunday off -Free coffee + subsidized lunch and free snacks if stays after 6.45pm -Free 3 lacs medical insurance coverage (excluded from CTC) -1-year training (rotational training in all departments including 3 months site) will be provided if you join via campus placement. -Best company for career starting and also retirement -Internal movement within the organization is possible
