Business Outlook
Pros
The salary and the people are OK (by Turkish standards). You have your own desk (if you were lucky), they provide transportation and lunch, the building has great views (on one side) and the neighborhood is one of the richest in İstanbul. No dress code if you don't exploit it.
Cons
It's your typical corporation with no contact between upper management and employees whatsoever. New employees have been rotating desks for a while now, because there aren't any vacant ones.The IT department is very much dysfunctional. No training program for new graduates, no orientation program for new employees. The lunch break is only 30 minutes. They don't have any facilities besides restrooms and a small tea/coffee cupboard on every two floors.
