Pros

it was a Great first time job, very flexible, very fun. Good food and fun people my age to be friends with.

Cons

Not a very good discount, reeked like food after leaving (duh) and sometimes you were treated like an outcast if people didn't like you. dramatic.

Pros

Make some money. Improve on your people skills. Learn how to tip if you don't already know. Learn a few recipes and maybe make one friend or two.

Cons

Workers who call in and never show get rewarded; ones who are always early and never call in go unnoticed. I've been there for almost 4 years an have never been acknowledged as a good employee, nor have I ever been employee of the month. New people come to work there and within 3 months they have been employee of the month twice.

Pros

Best coworkers ever. Our store has many employees that are still around from when we first opened. We have a great group of people that all get along very well and work even better together. Love the family atmosphere--both the restaurant's and the employees. We really feel like a family sometimes! Obviously the food is great. :) And we love our regulars. Also, as mentioned, very easy to get time off and change your schedule for school or another job.

Cons

Many of us have been with the company longer than any of our managers. Not enough tables in our sections (3-4), tip share can be a bit high on a good night, plus we tip out the silverware roller on the weekends and busy holidays. Not enough advancement, been there for years and only moved up once. Not enough Local Store Marketing. I know times are slow, but we are slower!!! I am not making enough money to pay my bills and several of my coworkers have a second job. At this point I am only staying for my friends (and the 30% discount!).
