Pros

The money is comparable to ther restaurants in the area. We have contests every shift to win money, food, trade outs, etc. Requesting days off is easy and usually you get what you ask for. This is a great job for students because of the flexible hours and evening shifts.

Cons

The management leads with favoritism. The GM does not participate whatsoever with the front of the house therefore is not aware of how it is running.

Fun environment. I made some of my best friends working there and the managers treated us equal. Great for people who need extra money. Like college students living at home or high school seniors.

Cons

It takes an extra hour and a half to finish side work. Not counting rolling silverware. The money wasn't worth THAT much side work.

Cons

too many internal manager hires (hourlies) makes life tough. pay for managers is way too low. too much bonus vs base so some managers at the same level make way more than others.
