Simple enough job that pays decent, pays better if you work later shifts

Cons

On feet all day Management seemed disorganized and out of touch with workers. Didn’t help that my boss got fired while I was there

- PTO seems nice - Somedays, get to work from home

Cons

- Required to work in office 3 days a week, even if teams are remote - Benefits keep getting smaller each year, especially insurance, which is ironic - Competitive environment instead of collaborative - Almost all policy decisions are made not for quality of work or service, but simply for profit (example: they took away free coffee, and I don't even drink coffee)
