Pros

Worked with a great team. Was given plenty of autonomy. Flexible work hours. Amazing RTE supporting our group.

Cons

Scrum teams were consistently shifting based on need. Instead of refining deliverables, they would throw more bodies into the work. Missed multiple Go Lives.

The call volume isn’t that bad you’ll take about 50 calls on a busy day. We receive monthly bonuses

Cons

System issues and not enough tech time giving to cover you for a year. Also pay can be higher with how many systems we have to access
