      good team, lots of different projects, rotational team/roles

      Cons

      some rotational roles are too long and you feel stuck in it. some roles are very helpful in learning about the field

      Pros

      The ability to work remotely has been a pro in the last few years, though they are increasingly forcing returns to office.

      Cons

      This is an institution that is run by yes-people. It is the opposite of being 'data driven.' You will spend time doing in-depth analysis that will be discarded for a higher up's decision to pursue a pet contract, regardless of numbers. If you speak out about quality, concerns about methodology, or, most especially, gendered or racial bias, you will be ostracized and forced out. The employee health coverage is as terrible as the products being offered - get ready for your brand name medications to be denied and all subsequent appeals to be denied. Almost everyone I know switched to their spouse's medical coverage.
