PTO Remote work Equipment provided Care giver leave The department you are in is the single most important thing as to if you will have opportunities to move up or not, be supported and love your job or not, or be micromanaged or not, and will make or break your time at Cigna.

Cons

Health Benefits more expensive than other companies/people with Cigna insurance Micromanaging Not easy to move to a new role in a different department Non manager quality employees move into management roles Into ESG/DEI agendas Technology/systems not up to par with rest of industry Job requirements or processes change fast, daily to weekly, and is frustrating because employees can never master their job.
