Flexitime approved while studying at uni but this only applies after working for the company for 2 years

Cons

Statistically one of the lowest paid call centres in Inverclyde.

Continuous layoffs and expense cutting, bad culture, poor leadership, lack of strategic direction, old systems and infrastructure. Long term outlook bleak.
