Pros

Work life balance is good. Decent benefits.

Cons

Compensation is not great. Don't feel valued. Extremely difficult to get promoted. When you do get promoted the jump in compensation is so small that it hardly seems worth the added responsibility. Often feels like the only way to make big leaps in my career is to leave the company.

Pros

Good benefits (lunch allowance, health & dental insurance, income protection) Great base salary for a sales role, and good bonus structure. Opportunity for international transfer depending on performance.

Cons

Targets unachievable unless you’re willing to commit an additional 10-15 hours per week of unpaid overtime. I personally found the culture around sickness/disability unsupportive.
