Competitive pay but toxic culture and poor management synergy

Cons
- recent Amsterdam office layoffs and managerial cuts did their thing - people are scared and underperforming (if you want more details - befriend someone from Amsterdam and ask how it looks from there) - cult of "celebrate your success" is close to disorder; i.e. "marketing" your success is more important than value delivery itself - lack of senior management to operations synergy (even recent company restructure making structure more flat in fact just provoked layoffs) - you'll see many departments doing the same thing and competing with each other, managers trying to sell simple solutions to stakeholders as "innovative" and also some corruption in place (yes, some managers having budget also have agreements with consulting firms on their cut/share of the deal) - you will be ghosted and manipulated with "yearly review" and goals/performance unrealistic to achieve (HR overdid corporate culture facade)
