      - You will work with many of the best people in the industry - You will have easier access to speaking and publishing opportunities - You will be at the cutting edge of your field - Having ThoughtWorks on your resume gets people's attention

      Cons

      - Most employees travel constantly - Salaries are not commensurate with the level of skill required to work at ThoughtWorks - Most of your clients will be dysfunctional teams in large companies - If you want to move out of constantly billable roles it becomes very political

      Unique company, good culture, not for everyone

      Pros

      High calibre colleagues, interesting work, opportunities to advance knowledge on technical, cultural and social issues, less hierarchy than typical corporation, travel, embraces diversity of thought.

      Cons

      Career path may be hard- lots of flexibility but may be too unstructured for some. Difficult to succeed without strong internal network. Some who are drawn to the company nevertheless may not be best fits and will struggle more.

      Pros

      Smart people Friendly "management". We don't really have direct managers to report to. Management is mostly HR. The dreaded Project manager wields no more power than you do.

      Cons

      Sort of "cliquey" at times for new starters. Extremely friendly and social once you mix with folks.
