Pros

Great place to work. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn. There is a lot of flexibility provided if one feels they can perform a different role. Travelling to client side which gives an opportunity to interact with the client, learn about their business, build relationships and improve consulting skills. Lots of smart people to work within the company.

Cons

There is an expectation for 80% travel, so not idle for engineers who dont want to travel. Growing rapidly so might be compromising on the technical expertise of the new hires.

Pros

Even if you are not working on a social impact program, knowing that it is a priority with the company makes all the difference. The interview process means that you are always working on a good team.

Cons

5 days a week of traveling can mean that you only see your family for 36 hours a week for months on end.

Pros

Very good work environment. Brain storming is the key to the most cleanly developed software here. Motto is Aptitude, Attitude and Creativity, which they follow at every step. Learn as while you work.

Cons

Too many ideas from too many people often leads to long discussions.
