      Thoughtworks is a global company that values diversity and inclusion, which aligns with my personal values. It fosters knowledge sharing and provides many learning opportunities, especially in technical areas. I have colleagues with exceptional expertise who are always willing to share their knowledge. I feel respected and have had the chance to grow and develop my skills throughout my career here.

      Cons

      We experienced significant layoffs and went a long time without merit-based promotions, creating a general atmosphere of dissatisfaction. The operational reorganization was slow and confusing, particularly impacting in the Latin America market.
