Pros

Work Culture: Helpfulness is truly in the DNA of every ThoughtWorker. The environment is collaborative, respectful, and highly supportive. Work–Life Balance: No one expects you to stretch unnecessarily. Teams genuinely respect personal time and boundaries. Career Growth: You get exposure to modern tech stacks, and the organization goes deep into every technology it adopts. It's a great place for continuous learning and hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools.

Cons

Company Growth: Being a strongly people-centric organization, cost-cutting is done cautiously — which is good culturally but sometimes slows down growth. The pace of growth doesn’t always match the level of technical expertise and talent within the company. There’s potential to achieve much more.
