Business Outlook
Pros
ThoughtWorks attracts some great people and you'll definitely grow a lot. The teams I worked on were great and I had a lot of fun. If you want to help others grow and do more than just push code, you'll find ThoughtWorks to be a great place.
Cons
It's a good company, but not as good as recruiting sells you. Management definitely has some issues and is not willing to accept them, which might create conflicts. The company has very high expectations and it's up to you'll be pressured, way too much, to go out of your comfort zone.
