      Super fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you are willing to, you'll have autonomy to perform and implement different actions and projects, a great place to learn and grow.

      Cons

      The company takes way to long to recognize internal collaborators, for example salary adjustments driven by internal transfers or even promotions, it does not correspond to the expectations, once an external professional for the very same position would demand a higher salary, while the one who are already adapted into the culture, processes and activities don't receive timely adjustment to compensation.
