      Pros

      The first two years I was there, had amazing colleagues, very talented. Opportunities to grow, that ended up in 2023.

      Cons

      They expect you to work and be online 24/7. The goals and expectations change all the time and are never clear. They treat employees like numbers, culture is Chinese oriented, a lot of bureaucracy to get something approved or done. It took me a really long time to recover from how I was treated.
