      Snacks and meals are provided, but are shrinking.

      Cons

      Reorg constantly. New bosses bring chaos and poor management. Soon, you will become the scapegoat for an infertile land. ByteDance has become the House of Cards. The career opportunities you dream of are hard to find here. I haven't met a team that is satisfied with their work environment. People come and go within 4-6 months.

      The office is nice. Some of the employees and team members are great people and will support their teammates to learn and accomplish goals.

      Company culture is very APAC oriented Promotions and advancements are extremely hard to get Changes happen all around all the time and stability is rare The benefits and salary are low compared to other companies There is no respect for EU employment regulations
