Only as good as your team

Pros

If your team is good and friendly its a decent place to work. Constant hours, pay never late, lots of opportunity for overtime pay so its good if you need experience or are in school. Best not to work night shift.... worst thing to do

Cons

I worked pre-covid, so now that im seeing pizza's and bowls.... just one more thing to clean and maintain, its one more thing that distracts us from caring about customer service, and we start caring more about just getting the customer order and to leave. Tim's is losing its personality big time. Depending on your location, it might use a different POS system and its very annoying.
