Pros

Flexible part-time hours that work well with school. You learn customer service, multitasking, and how to handle rush hours. Promotion to supervisor is possible even for young workers.

Cons

Rush hours (especially mornings) are very stressful. Sometimes understaffed, so you end up doing multiple positions at once. Pay doesn’t always match the workload during busy days. Customers can be rude and impatient.
