Pros

Free food and drink per shift. Inclusive environment. Helpful colleagues.

Cons

Short-staffed, High-stress. Fast-paced environment. Low pay in comparison to the workload. No long-term benefits. No bonus. Working solo shifts is the new normal. Working your entire shift with no break is also normal. The burnout is real. Everyone is working even when they are falling sick because there is no one to replace their shift. Managers have to find ex-colleagues to replace someone's shift because of the manpower issue. Not just one outlet has these issues, every outlet is fighting their own battles.

Pros

Gained lot's of experience working at Tim's, had a friendly environment at my place of employment. Very encouraging and supportive coworkers

Cons

Just like any fast food places, the struggle is with customers. Work place, I had no complaints, the work is just very repetitive and can be physically and mentally draining.
