Cons

As a supervisor/manager is stressful. As a team member is also stressful. For 5 years working at Tim Hortons, there were so many products, duties and responsibilities added depending on your position. The franchise that I worked at is very stingy with the labour of their workers and is the busiest in the area. the drive-thru takes at least 5 employees to manage the goal time, and at least 2 employees at the sandwich area, 3 at least at the front. But no we had to work like robots, leaving us with 3 employees at the drive-thru, 1 at the sandwich station and 1 at the front with 2 cash register. Manager swamped with their responsibilities. Employees were not able to do their duties and breaks are barely even made due to the shortage of staff (Management cutting hours). Expectations are too high. You would be lucky to have great management. No such things are pay raise.
