Pros

50% off merchandise, and it is fairly easy to book time off.

Cons

Managers and staff are quite mean to new employees, they generally make you do all of the work so that they don't have to do it. Customers outside of most of our regulars are very rude to us. Its very long hours on your feet so it hurts.. Would not recommend this job to anyone.

Pros

I guess if you like coffee and donuts... It's free during your shift. That is all that's good about this job.

Cons

Lack of training. There are online training videos we are supposed to complete, but because they prefer us to work, we don't get to finish them. My store manager actually watched most of it for me so it looked like I completed them! Majority of staff are miserable older ladies Only 10% discount on food Small location, so no real room for advancement No raises or performance evaluations
