Pros

Free donuts, easy drinks to prep, lots of fellow employees to interact with (for better or worse), solid infrastructure (there's always a supervisor, manager, or even owner around)

Cons

SO fast-paced, treated poorly by most customers, company feels inconsequential (doesn't inspire any loyalty from employees), job where I didn't feel like I mattered to anyone on either side of the counter, high stress

Pros

Flexible hours, tips, free uniforms and anti slip shoes. It was also a tight knit workforce, with lots of support.

Cons

Limited advancement opertunitys, over staffed, low pay for experience. The supervisors and new staff were under trained for thier position, which resulted in slower times overall.
