Pros

The love people have and give to this company and always have.

Cons

All the news about Burger King and all the speculation. Need facts first before people guess what is happening.

Pros

Good training. Great colleagues. Can move up the ladder pretty fast.

Cons

Since it's customer service oriented; some customers can be hard to deal with.

Pros

I loved working with the public and having responsibilities. Fast paced environment was great. Made many life long friends.

Cons

I've worked in 4 different Tims. 2 in Quebec and 2 in NB. The ones in Quebec are FAR above in respect to their workers, positive work energy and encourage individuality. Here in NB it felt like a huge monopoly where any idea was frowned upon if it didn't come from upper management. Working for Tims in NB wasn't a great experience. There are too many people on power trips and not enough different owners. No respect for the hard work you do. It don't matter to them, any and everyone is replaceable. They have a foot high stack of applications. Plus my employer was VERY cheep. All supervisors only make .25c more an hour than the regular employes with soooo much more responsibilities added on. Plus you are required to go to meetings every 3 months, it don't matter what shift you work at, and if you only have 3 hrs of sleep and scheduled to work that night. You will be threatened with your job if you can't make it. And NO this is not reasonable! You have to find a way to get there and back, oh yeah they pay you...the one hour you are there. Who benefits from these meetings other than the employer? Certainly not the employees.
