Pros

Making friends with co-workers, and customers, but only if you live in a small town.

Cons

Not enough proper training for new staff. You can make your way up the ladder, but only if you work your butt off, and kiss some butt. And then if you make a mistake, they either demote you or fire you. Being promoted is definitely not worth the aggravation, or the pay. And everyone is expendable.

Pros

- Good hours and really good employees for the younger crowd to get along with. - Mostly understanding with circumstances for leaving or needing time off.

Cons

-Can get very stressful at times do to management -hours can get pretty crazy for certain positions (e.g. being the baker in the morning meant 3:30 am starts) being front counter staff is better but not great. -They don't overly listen to requests to work at certain times you're really just placed where they feel they want you. -the management has a tendency to treat you like you are expendable
