      Pros

      Working as a team, feeling of satisfaction with customers. Being able to grow as an individual and as a team member. Getting to meet new people.

      Cons

      Poor training, some poor workers. You don't always have the full team, it's generally you have a couple people wanting to stand around and watch you work.

      Pros

      Student Scholarship program. Free uniforms. The benefits program was excellent and ranged from health benefits to discounts on food, paint, oil, beer and an assortment of other random things.

      Cons

      Efficient staff were under appreciated and paid/treated the same as those who do essentially nothing.
