Pros

Good customer service experience. Good benefits for full-time employees. Flexible hours.

Cons

A lot of gossip. Not organized as well as it could be. Not much opportunity to move up in the organization. Managers need better training and should be required to work a certain amount of hours on the floor.

Develop customer service skills. Meet interesting customers all day. Work with friendly coworkers. Free coffee and doughnuts. Time passes quickly here.

Cons

High pressure to provide fast service while frequently understaffed. Frequently rude, occasionally difficult customers. Coworkers/supervisors sometimes difficult. Low compensation, but this is to be expected of course.
