Pros

Quality of their foods, enjoy working with the public, a company that cares about children, ie the Tim Horton camps etc.

Cons

A disgruntled Philippine employee broke her confidentiality clause to tell someone the wages about they receive, housing & cost of flights are far above what the Canadian employees receive in same employ. Also there are unemployed Canadians qualified to fill those jobs that the offshore employees get.

Pros

Tim Hortons usually provides a very flexible schedule, which is really important for students who work during the school months.

Cons

Managers are constantly pressuring you to maintain an unreasonable level for speed of service, when sometimes the customers make it impossible to meet those standards.
