Pros

Everyone is treated with respect, and the executive management team feels strongly about communicating to all employees on at least a quarterly basis. The HR team are a wonderful resource. Most teams gel well together.

Cons

A lot of turmoil over the last 6 months has made Tim Hortons a difficult place to be. Everyone is walking on eggshells, and the high number of demotions and layoffs certainly contributed to this. Most departments work in silos, so attaining info and finding out who to go to in different departments for assistance is difficult at best.
