Pros

Nice and patient customers. I have not meet any rude ones yet. Kind co-workers and assistant manager. Chance to improve my communication and customer service skills. Chance to make me do things faster.

Cons

When assistant manager are not at work, supervisors make me do stuff that they themselves don't want to do. I need more practice at storefront but they don't care if the assistant manager are not there watching.

Pros

Because of the unprofessionalism, I did receive free meals (they were not supposed to be given out for free, just discounted, but Supers didn't care).

Cons

- Very unprofessional - Supervisors didn't follow rules - Supervisors participated in gossip - Supervisors were discriminative

- Very friendly trainers - Fast-Paced; meaning hours go by fast - Mainly a constant routine, which can be good - Very flexible with other commitments - Scholarships!

Cons

- Constant routine, which can also be bad - Customers can cause trouble, yet we still have to smile - At times, work can be stressful
