Pros

It is very easy to learn, isn't hard to be nice to the customers if you have basic respect. Not a difficult experience in gettung used to it. Get some really nice customers too.

Cons

Tends to attract young stubborn employees with the lower wages. Some customers can be the worst. Could use a little more positive encouragment in thw workplace, morale easily lowered. Procedures change so often it's very hard to keep track of them all.

Pros

Nice friendly people, managers don't harass you about little things, good food and drink discount (free coffee and soda, 50% off food), nice uniform provided, fairly good pay, good management, good positive corporate culture

Cons

No career path/way to move up has been described to me. The food and drink prep area is much too small, causing collisions and lack of efficiency in prepping orders. The break room is not nice, no space for employees to put their things, no pockets in the uniform pants. This leaves an unsafe situation where employees need to leave out any cash/phone etc they might need with them on a small table
