Fast paced environment, plenty of experiences to learn and grow from as well as a respectable team to work with. Many many many skills to learn, great entry level position,

Cons

Management with no leadership ability, top manager unable to delegate and became frazzled near the end of my employment. Many employees becoming restless and upset. Pay does not compare to work load at time, very noisy and hectic environment, sporadic hours and scheduling.

Only a five cent raise after one year there. Store owner never around to take care of issues.

Safe place to work. Timing can be adjusted and family friendly. Good work place for students to start their part time work. Very fast paced work.

Cons

Should be ready to work weekends and plan way in advance for taking time off. Expect to start at minimum wages if you are not experienced in the same field of work. If you are not fast at workign then it's not your cup of tea.
