Pros

Great brand and name recognition in the marketplace. Community giving and sharing is plus.

Cons

Resistance to change and too many priorities in too short a time for deployment. Often times change is hard and change is necessary, it is important to find a balance between both,

Pros

Easy! Compared to most fast food places TH is a piece of cake to work at. Free food sometimes I worked here in high school and they worked around my school schedule and everything! Customers are usually the same folks, so you get to know them.

Cons

Unloading the shipment truck. For some reason, we had all small girls, like myself, carrying that heavy stuff out of the truck.
