Pros

Job experience Friendly Coworkers Discount on food and hot drinks

Cons

Low pay - Minimum wage for 2.5 years Low-quality service is encouraged to meet drive-thru times (I'd give a negative rating for cultures and values) Depressing Overall corrupt. Refused to give me my vacation pay and money they illegally deducted from my weekly paycheque when I quit until I literally had to call the LABOUR BOARD and get them to force them to give it back. Don't work here if you care about people in any way shape or form.

Pros

schedules are flexible, they are willing to accommodate since there are many employees. They provide free uniforms, paid trainings, and employee discount during work hours, it is customer service orientated,

Cons

Depending on locations, some are always busy, multitasking is essential. There is not a lot of break time, and breaks are unpaid.
