Pros

Full time, free coffee, good staff, some baked goods for free, discount. The staff is very nice. The best thing of my store.

Cons

Every time they change my schedule without tell me, the owner is selfish, she cut people when the store is busy.

Pros

A paycheck when I couldn't get a job anywhere else. Close to home. Uniform provided. Tips. Free food.

Cons

White trash coworkers who are lazy, bug infested store, no training provided, only offered me night shift. Too much cleaning for one person to do alone.

Pros

Loved the brand - unfortunately the Brazilians are going to ruin this once great Canadian company Good bonus.....but they are making all goals extremely hard to realize ( so you work long hours to get a reduced or no bonus )

Cons

-Company first ( your an owner ? ), company 2nd, family last - terrible culture - not an ethical company to work for ( even thought RBI CEO preaches we do - he is so out of touch ) - extremely long hours as you are expected to work 12-14 hours days plus weekends - not enough people , totally disorganized - suppliers not getting paid on time - no inflation / merit increases as they do not believe in this - I have seen people breakdown due to workloads - revolving door of people - got rid of most perks
