Pros

Consistent stable work hours with 24 hr business. Lots of Overtime for 3 out 4 seasons yearly, The job requires a little bit of focus, but is fairly easy.

Cons

Too many franchises with to little adequately trained employees. You'll end up working short handed a lot.
