Pros

Most of the worker there are great. Easily communicate with them. Sometimes you may get unreasonable customers, but most customers are very friendly and even give good tips.

Cons

There are certain people should get fired but didn't. And certain people that shouldn't get fired but did. Manager did try to correct things, but it's a always at the wrong timing.
