Pros

We had a paid break. Depending on the people you work with, the job could be fun.

Cons

Terrible customers, management doesn't care about employees, expected to go above and beyond.

Pros

Tim Hortons was a great job that provided lots of hours for part time students. The gave out many shifts and were very good at accommodating vacation days (two weeks advance notice). They also included extensive training before starting you first shift in the restaurant.

Cons

My manager was unable to cut back my hours when I needed to focus on school which left me with no other option than to quit. Also I don't know if it was just my location but they put way to much pressure on staff to achieve drive through times.
