Pros

they work around my college classes. You get tips. Some customers are great and make your day and some staff.

Cons

The management is so focused on drive threw times that when you are not getting the times they talk down on you. The yell at you when your not making times. There isn't any positive encouragement it's either yelling and talked down on when you or not getting times or nothing. Usually the staff that's lazy and stands around doing nothing gets away with it and people like me that are usually doing something stalking and or cleaning get bossed around. The staff has so much attitude and they all snap at each other on the floor infront of customers. The break system is ridiculous I get two 15 min breaks but they are unpaid and usually I have to take my first break within an hour and a half of the start of my shift. Honestly we are over worked and under paid, I typically leave my shift almost in tears from being treated so bad for 8 hours.

Pros

I worked at Store 123 in St. Catharines on Tremont drive. Some of the best reasons to work at Tim Horton's is the flexibility of hours. As I had young children at home I was about to work around everyone's schedule and do a 10pm to 6 am shift so there is always someone at home at all times. Being the baker on midnight is an awesome job, as I love baking and it was a dream come true to be able to be paid for what I love to do. Working on counter after the baking was done was also a great job because I meet some very interesting people. Once you've been there long enough you start to get to know the customers on a first name basis and it was better for both the customer and I as it was more friendly to see a smoking happy face walk through the door and gear "good morning Sherry" I loved my job!

Cons

Only downside of working midnight a was that my sleep patterns are still out of whack now a year later.
