Pros

Not a whole lot really ... camaraderie of fellow managers that complain about the systems - being part of the charities and good will fostered in the community was pretty cool

Cons

Where to start ... the fact it is "big brother" constantly watching you, the factory/assembly line feel to hospitality - the all mighty dollar above all else - the lack of decent pay ....

Pros

Co-workers and some customers other than that there are no pros for this company! I do not recommend this company at all!

Cons

Owners are horrible people that only care about the money not the ones making it for them. TDL has way too many promos come out at once!

Awful, awful, awful.

Pros

You can get a drink whenever you like! And you get discounts on all items when you are on your break.

Cons

Management are disorganised, and will send you out to the cashier positions before you have competed your training. Most employees are rude, but not as rude as some customers. I tried my best to put up with it, and told myself "It's only a job" when one day, a particularly rude customer sent me home in floods of tears and I didn't return.
