Remote, USD Payment, internal accelerator programs, flexibility, and the opportunity to have experience in different projects

Cons

Some small ones would be the normal contractor life cons but remote: no PTO, cool projects during short periods, not-so-cool ones during longer periods, and difficulty going deeper into the projects as a non-company employee.
