      The growth and freedom to define the future of work that make Toptal an amazing place to work are a direct result of our CEO's philosophy, vision, and passion. Senior leadership has always been and will continue to be active in numerous aspects of the daily operations of the business. Toptal wouldn’t be the best career fit if you aren’t looking for that kind of involvement from the people who shaped the company from the ground up.

      Professional and nice people, especially the recruiters.

      Cons

      You have to apply for gigs, pitch against thousands of other freelancers. This means, you can be here for a year and not have more than 1 contract.

      - Culture - everyone is driven, hardworking, and always happy to help. - Compensation - commissions have to build up, but it's very nice one you're up and running. - The proprietary CRM we use internally is awesome. - Team KPI's and communication make working remotely very easy and manageable.

      Cons

      - Remote work is what you make of it. It works for me and my lifestyle.
