      Remote, 100%. Work on your own schedule. Clear metrics and objectives.

      Cons

      Company seems to be on a downhill. No new clients. No salary increases for the last 2 years. Workers being hit in the bonuses. As I said to my team, Most of us wont be here before EOY.
