      Pretty Good But Doesn't Hold Up Under Pressure

      Pros

      The company is welcoming and supportive. They provide good opportunities and guidance, albeit disorganized sometimes. The company did well during the pandemic and showed resiliency then.

      Cons

      But the management fell apart due to economic crisis. The situation during the pandemic was more in the realm of the company's capabilities but management became fragmented during this crisis, leading to mass layoffs. Last I was there, they were trying to figure it out but it looks like they were hitting a wall.
